Workflow 8 Administration Console

The Workflow 8 Administration Console displays the following information for each Workflow Server it is connected to.

• The number of workflows that are running or suspended.
• A list of workflows and workflow templates published to the Workflow Server.
• The status of all starting rules.
• A list of user and group sources.

This console also enables you to:

• Delete workflows and workflow templates.
• Activate and deactivate starting rules.
• Configure Workflow 8 users and user permissions and rights.
• Search for workflows and starting rules.
• Define holidays and weekends on which workflows should not be run.

Note: The Workflow 8 Administration Console is a Microsoft Management Console 3.0 snap-in application.

To open the Workflow 8 Administration Console

• In the Workflow Designer, select Workflow Administration Console under Tools in the menu bar.
